Step-by-step guidance for Snow Fall clients.

Learn how to start, scale, manage, and stop your subscription.

How to get your first subscription

  1. Open your Dashboard and click "+ New Node".
  2. Select node type and quantity, then click "Add".
  3. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Continue to checkout and complete Stripe payment.
  5. After payment, check your active items in Subscriptions.
Your first subscription is paid by Stripe. Some nodes may require a configuration step before becoming Live.

How to add a node to an existing subscription

  1. Click "+ New Node" from your Dashboard.
  2. Select product and quantity, then accept the Terms and Conditions.
  3. Click "Continue to checkout" to start order creation.
  4. You are redirected to Orders and may briefly see "Order generation in progress".
  5. When the pending order appears, click Pay now (if required) and complete payment.
  6. Track activation progress in your dashboard and node details view.
Additional nodes can be billed with a prorated amount based on the remaining time in your current billing cycle. Your nodes are activated after payment confirmation.

Node configuration and lifecycle

After purchase, configure your node from its details panel when status is Need Configuration.

How to manage subscriptions, payments, and orders

  • Subscriptions: subscription status and monthly amount.
  • Orders: additional node orders, order generation state, and pending payment links.
  • Billing: payment history and invoice download when available.
Keep your billing profile updated from your account settings to avoid invoicing issues.

How to stop your subscription

You can submit a stop request from your node details page.

Each request is reviewed manually before execution.

  1. For one node: open Nodes then open a node and use Stop Requests.
  2. For one subscription: open Subscriptions, open the subscription, then use Stop Subscription.
  3. For full account stop (base + add-ons): use Settings > Security > Account Stop Request.
  4. Confirm billing impact (started month due, no prorata refund) and submit.
  5. Track pending/closed requests in Nodes History.
If a node is still in the 3-month minimum term, or if pending/overdue payment exists, self-service request is blocked and you must contact support@snow-fall.io.
